Building properties all over old Dubai and Sharjah during his 30 year reign, his son Abdulqader Al Khaja an expert in the field of HR and the former head of HR for Emirates bank then Emirates NBD took over and input his knowledge and expertise into Al Khaja Real Estate for almost 15 years until his unfortunate passing, now under a 3rd generation ownership guided by Hassan Al Khaja whose expertise in media and communications has advanced and made the company more efficient and user friendly for the owners of the properties and for the tenants. Establishing the company at the very heart of Dubai by one of the oldest shopping malls in the United Arab Emirates Al Ghurair center was essential to understanding he growth and the change that was to come especially in the city of Dubai, having tenants from all continents of the world and learning about new foods and cultures for almost 50 years.
